I refer to the Malaysiakini report Protest held at MCA HQ against Ong's unity plan .
It is normal for an emperor to change his downline leadership and establish a new cabinet within the state’s administration. The reason is to enhance the state’s capability to better serve the people.
Regarding the MCA's issues, every MCA member must play a role as a party member and stay within the party's 'boundary'.
It is common knowledge that if a person is a member of an organisation, that person is automatically bound by the organisation's rules and regulations.
Party members can criticise the leadership of MCA by using the proper channel that has been provided.
If party members start to criticise the leadership in the public sphere; the party leader should take an action and have zero tolerance.
This action is in order to maintain the unity of the party and to show the strong leadership of the party.
Any member who is unsatisfied with the party and wants to publicly criticise the party needs to get rid of their party's membership.
The actions that the ‘Third Force' did to MCA actually are not in line with the moral code of an organisation or with Confucianism philosophy.
