Don't now claim 'legal hurdles' blocking polls

I refer to the Malaysiakini report Follow laws on local elections, Penang told .

Penang now wants to form an advisory committee to study legal hurdles to restoring local government elections.

I think the people have already given DAP’s Penang two years to hold any form of study they want.

It is now time for Penang DAP to have a committee to prepare for the local council elections. There is no need to study what the Election Commission’s decision or any legal hurdles, etc.

As a respectable party, DAP surely would have legal advisers to advise them on the matter before the last general elections and how to restore the Third Vote.

Don't try to claim ‘legal hurdles’ now. Didn't DAP and Pakatan Rakyat think about all this before promising to restore the Third Vote?

Just follow the example of Perak where some good honourable Pakatan leaders there conducted their own local elections before appointing the local councillors. Why can’t Penang follow that?

This is just an issue on whether Penang DAP is sincere in restoring the Third Vote or not.

Enough of time has been wasted since last general elections.
