In response to the letter Don't cry for Proton , I would like to share my Proton Waja experience.

I have had the 'aquarium boot', seat belts coming off, broken door handles (twice) and power windows change (thrice!).

I have decided that once I have the necessary finance, I am going to get another car and it definitely won't be a Proton, you can count on that.

It is indeed better to get a car from another national car manufacturer than spending your annual leave and more money in Proton's service centres.

Unless Proton produces a car of better quality, I am certain many other frustrated Proton owners are waiting to change.

Proton has to change or be changed. Period.
