LJ is absolutely right in that Anwar Ibrahim is entitled to the best medical treatment in the world provided he receives it when in the custody of the Prisons Department of Malaysia.

Obviously, LJ wants Anwar to go by the book.

Could LJ enlighten us as to when were the books ever used by the police, the prosecution and the judiciary during the whole of the Anwar Ibrahim episode?

From the day those masked gunmen broke into his house, to his beating at the hands of the ex-IGP, through to his court trials right up until today when the Federal Court still cannot decide when to deliver its decision.
