I would like to add to Abd Rahman Koya's comment about foreigners gathering at the KLCC Mall in Kuala Lumpur.

I totally agree that we shouldn't be unduly worried about their presence. Locals celebrate holidays by leaving the city to spend time with their family in the kampung, but foreigners have to go somewhere, so they outnumber the locals in the city.

I hope we are not going to ban visitors from enjoying their holidays at a place where they want to be. Don't be selfish Malaysians, not all of them are crooks!
