I feel extremely upset by the attitudes of these BN parliamentarians as well as the statements of Noh Omar in Parliament regarding the issue of nude-squats lock-up abuse. Such is the moral quality of our MPs and deputy minister. Please use your brain and imagine your own reactions if the abused girl was one of your loved ones!

Who has tarnished the image of Malaysia? I believe it is foremost of all such defensive and tidak apa reactions from these elected members and some members of the government such as Noh Omar. The lack of any sense of discernment and the shameless politicisation of the issue is

a bigger shame and even more incorrigible than the abuse itself!

They had better read the letters of Gerard Lourdesamy (Arrest, detention doesn't presume guilt) and Rozmal Malakan (Layan tahanan menurut prinsip Islam Hadhari) on malaysiakini to be educated about the principles of rule of law and how to reform the police force so that the credibility of the government to uphold Islam Hadhari not be jeopardised.
