My response to Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's recent 'confirmation' that Scomi did not receive any government favours is, with apologies to John McEnroe, "you cannot be serious!"

What does he base his conclusions from? Yes, a report submitted to him from Scomi. Come on, Pak Lah, surely you can do better than that. Or is it one suspects that the nobody in the Ministry of Finance or other related government agencies are willing to come up with their own reports.

Pak Lah, obviously you may not be aware of many things going on behind your back. 'Waiting for the report' is, after all, your style of management. Please don't insult our intelligence with this pathetic attempt to close this issue.
