Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd ( PBAPP ) is committed to continuous improvement in water supply and customer services. We would like to investigate the complaint by SiewYee.

It is much appreciated if SiewYee is able to contact us at PBAPP. We need details on SiewYee's water account and address, as well as the time and date of the incident(s). With this information, we will be able to trace when and where the incident occurred.

With the specific feedback, we can also ascertain if the supply interruption was caused by our scheduled pipe works, an accidental pipe burst, a meter clamping case or internal building issues.
