I refer to the letter How low will Streamyx go? I share the same fate of Desperate Malaysian. I too, am at the mercy of this monopoly and only God knows how I curse them every month when I face constant downtimes
I live at Bukit Tinggi 2, Klang and my records show I have downtimes as long as a month with most of the breakdowns lasting more than a week. There is downtime every month without fail and I have to resort to calling TmNet's technicians directly.
The truth of the matter is that these problems continue to reoccur because their root cause has never been addressed. Since the one year I have shifted here, I have truly lost count of the number of times Streamyx was down.
I will also attest that their Customer Service Department works hard to close reports even if the complaint has yet to be solved. All this, simply to make them look good.
Head my words. In time, Streamyx will just be another Proton.
