I refer to the letter Negarakuku: Understand where composer is coming from .

I cannot comprehend how he or she can condone such behaviour and attitude and expect people to understand where the composer 'is coming from'. They are two things here; one where he criticised our government and the other being his rude remark about the 'azan' and people who cover their heads (in other words, people who wear tudungs).

Everybody feels that they have the right to criticise the government since Malaysia is a so-called democratic country. I have no issue on his dissatisfactions towards the government and its slowness but the mockery towards the 'azan' is simply intolerable and unacceptable. That is downright rude and malicious.

If he really wants to paint a picture of how life in Malaysia is, why didn't he include the the pests that keep pushing pirated DVDs while you are trying to grab a bite at the stalls and restaurants? Why stop at the Malays or more specifically the Muslims?

We have three major races and at least four different religions here in Malaysia. What about the other races and religions? I don't see them mocked in the video clip. The writer finds it creative, informational and educational, I find it disrespectful, rude and shallow.

How would you feel if others mock your religion and faith? Don't expect understanding from others when you insult religions. Seek to understand then be understood.
