I refer to the Malaysiakini letter, But I do feel a little taller

According to Proud and Taller, the glowing eyes of the school children as they see the microgravity experiments performed aboard ISS = priceless (or RM90 million in this case).

I have seen so many glowing children eyes before and they never cost RM90 million. I am sure by watching David Copperfield perform on TV would have the same expressions on their face! They call it magic, but of course there is some science happening there as well.

Needless to say, children do need encouragement from time to time but there are other ways to do it. Besides parents, teachers are the best long-term educators to children, backed up by good facilities and resources in schools. The government should invest equally and heavily in all schools regardless of the medium.

The two sessions in schools (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) clearly show that our country still lack schools and classrooms (almost twice in number if we were to combine the sessions). Are we still going to send the second Malaysian astronaut to space?
