Pak Lah said that his son-in-law Khairy Jamaluddin's influence on him is just ‘a perception’. Well, Pak Lah should get rid of this negative perception then.

People are talking on the ground about this and furthermore Pak Lah championing being transparent. ‘You must also be seen to be clean’ - that’s what Pak Lah's said. If Khairy is in the cabinet, Pak Lah can sure expect a second wave of a tsunami in 2011 or 2012.

Khairy in the new cabinet will be the downfall of BN - how can Pak Lah deny this when people all around have been talking about it? Even the Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has said this many times and I am very sure Tun must have got the information from a reliable party, knowing his credibility for not listening to rumours.

Syed Hamid Albar, Rafidah Aziz and Nazri Aziz, too, should be out from the cabinet. Though Rafidah seems to be experienced and performing (maybe), but let’s give other people a chance and who maybe are better than her.

These old ministers themselves should instead be telling Pak Lah that they want to quit. But they can still remain in the party during this crucial period of rehabilitation.

Nazri is a person who speaks no facts and so does Hamid. Give fresh faces so that the rakyat can see that Pak Lah really serious in strengthening Barisan.

Our Second Finance Minister is also kaput. He said our oil reserves will run out in four years time but the economic reports to the Cabinet stated 22 years. Which is which? Is Petronas a net exporter or a net importer? With the rising price of oil, shouldn’t Petrona be making hell of a lot of money if they are exporting our oil?

Please explain the issues to the rakyat properly. We, too, are now we are well informed by other means of information which Pak Lah should counter immediately. The above is only one of the issues. Many more. Please go to the ground and explaining to us. With facts please.

Samy Vellu should have capitalised on the Hindraf group. He should have become an Indian champion by at least listening to them. Instead, BN has become mere arrogant and snobbish. I can’t imagine BN repeating its 2004 electoral performance.
