Nirmal Bonat appeal case: High Court's decision on Dec 3

The High Court today set Dec 3 to decide on the appeal by housewife Yim Pek Ha against her conviction and sentence of 18 years jail on each of three counts of causing grievous hurt to her Indonesian maid in 2004.
