Confirmed: 'BTN is racist, now release all videos'

vox populi small thumbnail 'It is now official that BTN courses were racist as well as religiously inclined. Since Umno has released videos of Anwar, why not release videos of Najib Razak, Muhyiddin Yassin, Khairy Jamaluddin...'

Anwar defends his racist remarks

SusahKes: DSAI (Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim), you know how the MSM (mainstream media) is going to go to town with this latest revelation and paint it red; if only, to portray you as a racist to the non-Malays. And the chances of the MSM effort in swaying that extra 5 percent needed to swing votes to BN is a very high possibility. You think about it; but me thinks you still need to apologise.

Paul Warren: Anwar, I guess you actually believed everything you said in this video, well, until at least you got that bloody bashing in the hands of the former IGP (police chief). That and the subsequent imprisonment probably helped to shape you up.

If you see things a lot more clearly now then it should be something we all are thankful for and I can see this is somewhat reflected in your new vision for the country.

Disgusted: It is now official that BTN courses were racist as well as religiously inclined. Since Umno has released videos of Anwar, why not release videos of say Najib Razak, Muhyiddin Yassin, Khairy Jamaluddin, etc, to see if they less or more racist in their lectures/speeches. Why the selective release of the videos?

HNL: By all means, point out to Anwar his weaknesses and challenge him on his leadership responsibilities. But we should not condemn him for his past forever. We all have our past weaknesses and baggage. If anyone of us have anything better than what Anwar has offered in terms of ideas, policies, leadership, then please stand up and be counted. Malaysia needs you now.

Pete: You see this chameleon. He now gives everyone the impression there are more speeches where he said nice multi-racial things and that BN is holding them back. This is a man without scruples. You think he is not afraid of his sodomy trial? They are not out to get him, they just want to show you all that he is a immoral man, unfit to be PM or be any kind of leader.

SunShine1: I still give my vote to DSAI because he was brave to admit what he did and he repented. He is a changed man at least in my eyes, changed to fight for the better Malaysia, a corrupt free Malaysia.

Professor: It is unfair to judge anybody now just because of whatever mistake he did in the past. He has changed for the better, what more after being unjustly imprisoned and tortured. If Anwar wanted to be the PM, he could have just followed the PM then, TDM (Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamd), as the usual yes-man. But he did not.

Kleo: I'm not convinced, I think Anwar is just giving excuses. But I'll still support him. In fact, I'll have more respect for the guy if he just admits that he was a typical racist Umno politician in the past but has changed his ways.

Ex-project manager charged with cheating PKFZ

Kgan: Charging an engineer in Kuala Dimensi with making false claims is frivolous. It's like charging a clerk with typing false claims for her boss.

The engineer, in making the claims, is merely to do the paperwork for his boss and he was probably under instruction to do so. He has no legal responsibility to ensure that the claims are accurate. Did he profit from the claims? These are the ‘ikan bilis' dragged to court to placate the public while the real culprits go scot-free.

There is a legal basis to charge the ex-GM of PKFZ and the architect (provided he is the boss) but no legal basis to charge this engineer or the Kuala Dimensi COO (chief operating officer) They are salaried employees who acted on their company's behalf in preparing claims and have no professional responsibility to ensure accuracy, unlike the architect.

In the construction industry, over-claiming is part of the game and it is for those responsible to vet it. The directors of KDSB should be the ones dragged to court over the false claims.

Malaysians Are Not Stupid: Another small fry charged. Whose instructions are these small fries following? Where are the instructions given? Why no charges against them? You want us to believe that these small fries are able to authorise transaction of such size without the knowledge of their superiors?

Chee Hoe Siew: Wow! RM122 million of false claim by an engineer. If an engineer alone can come out with such an obscene sum, imagine what his boss can do. How come only small fries are being arrested and not the big boss?

Najib accepts Sulaiman's resignation

Forest Bear: Attention, Pakatan Rakyat members, in particular Sarawak DAP and Sarawak PKR. Kindly note that Sulaiman Taib is being 'prepared' to stand in the forthcoming state election so that he may take over as chief minister after his father, Taib Mahmud.

If you carry on with your greedy and selfish arguments over seat allocations, you can forget about making any inroads in Sarawak or demolishing the Taib regime.

Disgusted: Hail the heir apparent and next the ‘king' of Sarawak. Taib Mahmud is preparing his dynastic rule in Sarawak. Only a united Pakatancan dethrone them and bring them to answer for all the corruption and injustice done by them to Sarawak and its people.

BTN courses help maintain peace, says deputy minister

Habib RAK: Najib, even your own deputy minister within your department is ignoring your orders to shut up . There is no respect left for you. Each has their own agenda to push. It's best you dissolve Parliament and hold fresh elections immediately.
