Sabah PKR has set up a charity arm as part of the party’s efforts to tackle the grinding poverty in the state, the highest in Malaysia at 26 per cent.

“This is a first for any political party in the country. Since the government’s anti-poverty drive is going nowhere, we will make the difference,” said Sabah PKR Deputy Chief Christina Liew.
