Cabinet ministers are on tenterhooks as Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak begins his evaluation of their performance prior to a major reshuffle expected in November.

A source close to the government said that Najib has begun reviewing the key performance indicators (KPIs) of individual ministers together with Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department in charge of Unity and Performance Management, Koh Tsu Koon.
