Sime Darby acquires stake in Singapore's Island Power

Malaysian conglomerate Sime Darby said Friday it has acquired a 50 percent stake in Island Power Holdings Pte. Ltd. (IPH) of Singapore as part of its expansion in Southeast Asia.
