CTOS broke the law, says witness
A witness who once did a study on Credit Tip Off Sdn Bhd (CTOS), today told the High Court in Kuala Lumpur that the credit information agency had broken the Companies Commission of Malaysia’s (SSM) regulations relating to naming of companies.
