Syabas not seeking state money for capex, says Chin

Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Peter Chin has put the record straight on capital expenditure (capex) that the Selangor government has been denying Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas), saying it is not asking for money from the state, but merely seeking approval for it to source funds to run its operations.
