'Altantuya decision runs according to script'

YOURSAY 'So Altantuya brought herself to Puncak Alam, shot herself in the forehead and then blew herself up!'

Court frees Azilah and Sirul of Altantuya murder charge

your say MockingYou: Misdirected by the High Court so wouldn't this make the whole trial a miscarriage of justice based on a technicality issue?

And at the end of the day, the conclusion is no one murdered Altantuya Shaariibuu. The endless possibilities are that someone might get shot with so many guns and hired killers flooding our country.

RKR: So Altantuya brought herself to Puncak Alam, tied herself up, shot herself in the forehead and then placed some C4 on her body and blew herself up!

AlexC: Who didn't expect this result anyway? If you want to place your bet on them getting released, I doubt any punters would take the bet. So predictable, this ‘sandiwara' doesn't even make the cut for a B-grade movie.

DontPlayGod: There are only two people who could have ordered the killing of Altantuya. You and I both know it, the police know it and so do the Umno warlords.

If it is not one, then it is the other. The whole case has been one big show by the police and the judiciary.

Fair&Just: Who murdered Altantuya? Poor soul. And the disabled son is in Mongolia without a mother. A tragic story and an unjust one. Heaven will cry.

Let's hope that the earthquake in Kedah will wake up God. The only solace is for divine intervention and punishment.

YouAreNotAlone: Till now, the faces of chief inspector Azilah Hadri and corporal Sirul Azhar Umar have not been shown to the public. This is a very well-planned drama.

So when later the highest court appeal starts, the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) will say they are unable to find the duo because they have fled, and we won't even know who the actual persons are anyway.

I suspect every time they appeared in court, they are actually different individuals. The real culprits have either been 'executed' by their master or are already enjoying their fortunes in another part of the world.

Longjaafar: Some time ago, someone said that former deputy PM Anwar Ibrahim punched his own face. Same here - Altantuya bombed herself!

Magnus: As Malaysia now has an unsolved gruesome murder to solve satisfactorily, am I right to assume that it's back to the grind for the ‘professionals' at PRDM (Royal Malaysia Police)?

Or does that get deferred until after the charade at the ‘apex' court in Putrajaya has been completed?

2zzzxxx: Perhaps the paranormal investigation team will now be brought in, as the death of Altantuya is most probably the result of "spontaneous human combustion".

Whatsup: Umno law - if you are aligned to Umno, you have 'Umnotic' immunity and no laws can touch you. And if not, even a lie by a Umno gangster will put you in jail.

This is the biggest joke of all. Until today, we still do not know their identities. Why do they get such privilege?

For those who voted for this illegitimate minority government, this is the kind of laws you get. Wait till you get a taste of it yourselves.

They can run and hide for now, but let's see how the Maker will unleash his punishment on these criminals.

Anonymous_3e86: They were just following the script. All clues pointed to this happy ending.

1. The faces of the two police officers were never exposed to the public. Whether they ever stepped foot in a prison cell, no one knows.

2. The defence and prosecution teams were appointed by the BN government. They were from the same boat.

3. Neither defence nor prosecution team wanted to find the motive for the murder. Yesterday's decision wasn't surprising. In fact, it was expected.

Maplesyrup: My goodness, they are set free even though they allegedly confessed to the crime? Was it all pre-planned - that nobody need to take responsibility for the death of Altantuya?

Sorry for being so suspicious, but both the accused had their faces covered, so if they are let off they can resume lives without anyone even knowing that they have been implicated at all.

Welcome to Malaysia, where there are endless possibilities for self-confessed murderers.

Lone_star: What an exciting turn of events. Indeed, how can they be found guilty of murdering a woman who was never in Malaysia? Guess they will be returning to their previous security duties...

Pemerhati: The two accused police officers had no motive to kill Altantuya but were just carrying out the orders given to them by their powerful superior who had a strong motive to get rid of Altantuya.

Now the powerful superior will be well aware that sometime in the future these two police officers for some reason or other may have a change of heart and tell the truth and this would be disastrous for the superior.

The big question now is what action the powerful superior will take to make sure that these two do not do a ‘Bala' on him.

If anyone up to now had any doubt that Malaysia was a false democracy, the whole farcical trial where the judges, prosecutors and the defence counsels ‘collaborated' to protect the murderer with the real motive and then found the actual killers innocent, should have absolutely no doubt that Malaysia is indeed a dictatorship.

Umno controls the whole public service and has the power to do anything it feels like doing and no one can stop it.

Tan Teng Wah: One simple story broken into two episodes with an unsurprising ending - they lived happily ever after.
