KINIBIZ Tiger is excited about the upcoming Asean Economic Community (AEC), a process that was started in 2007 and will culminate at the end of 2015. Tiger can hardly wait, because apparently countries are going to have to open up their borders and allow cats from all over the region to roam in their markets.

This cat for one is looking forward to venturing into new jungles all over Asean, who knows what interesting adventures and tasty treats await in lands beyond. Roll on AEC!

But Tiger hears the humans are a bit more apprehensive about the whole thing though, each country with its own concerns. Many apparently are worried they are not ready and will not be able to cope - that come end-2015 they are going to be overrun by foreigners.

To some degree, Tiger understands - while she is looking forward to making tracks in neighbouring jungles, she does not want to lose the comfort and safety of home sweet home. So it does not surprise her that the humans have similar sentiments.
