DAP's Bukit Gasing assemblyperson Rajiv Rishyakaran today filed a request under the Selangor state Freedom of Information Act (FoI) to pressure the state to release the water restructuring it agreement with the federal government.

Rajiv's request means that the state has up to 30 days to reveal the deal under the Act, or to explain reason if it decides otherwise.
