JI not 'destroyed' but Southeast Asia winning terror war: PM

Southeast Asia has not destroyed regional terror group Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) but it is winning the war on terrorism, Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said Saturday.
