Has Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar lost his sense of priorities by setting up a special "sedition unit" while overlooking threats in the form of the Islamic State (IS)?

This was pondered aloud by DAP leader Lim Kit Siang today, in response to the establishment of the new unit, known as the D5, which comprise police personnel specialised in investigation sedition.
