Cybertroopers prove we are world’s best

YOURSAY ‘Many can see through the facile arguments of the cybertroopers.’

Najib + 1MDB = Bad

Doc: Education Minister II Idris Jusoh is right. Malaysia has the best education system in the world and certainly better than our Singaporean neighbours.

The comments provided by this huge team of Najib Abdul Razak supporters are often ‘creative’ with a ‘superior’ usage of the English language that I must say, I do find it difficult to comprehend.

I can assume that these BN cybertroopers are a product of this great education system as described by Idris Jusoh.

Some of the economic theories provided by the cybertrooper teams in Malaysiakini’ s comments section are so revolutionary with regards to the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) fund, I feel that they to be documented and send to Idris so he can help to get them published in some of the peer preview international economic journals.

So BN cybertroopers, keep up the good work and I hope Najib will stay on as PM so these revolutionary ideas can keep flourishing in the comments section of Malaysiakini .

Abasir: Two points, author Cybertron.

1. You've already netted one who has obviously strayed from the pack - the one who wrote to reinforce your point: “Why Malaysiakini highlights this cybertroopers issue as what can we see, they was many people came out to voice out their opinion and support to the government efforts, don't simply assume our people voice as a cybertroopers even they from another party.” (comment by Yaa Lorrrr).

2. If PR consultant Paul Stadlen had been paid directly by Umno, he may not have allowed the gibberish spewing cybertroopers to do the damage they have done. Now it is Lim Kok Wing's problem - and chances are he will try to drench these columns in black ink.

Kingfisher: Many can see through the facile arguments of these so-called cybertroopers. No amount of resources spent on such an effort will make even a dent on the minds of the public who have strong suspicion of the allegedly corrupt practices in 1MDB.

It is good to be reminded that the huge PR initiatives with millions spent have not discouraged the interest, why even stimulated the demands of the public, for the truth about this fiasco to be revealed.

Mamadias: Those who think that you can defend the indefensible, think again:

1. How can the finance minister or the Finance Ministry with a whole lot of ‘of financial experts’ not able to different between ‘paper assets’ and cash ?

Of course in accounting, cash is part of assets but cash is definitely different from other form of assets. Even a Form Five student would know the difference between cash and other form of assets. Either you must be really stupid or you are lying to the Parliament.

2. We need better people than Second Finance Minister Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah and Najib to manage our country’s finances before it goes to the dogs.

That's why I say you can’t defend the indefensible. Get it?

Angry Citizen: Well, when the chief protagonist is spewing lies and gibberish left, right and centre on this matter, we can’t really expect the cybertroopers to do any better.

Onyourtoes: I, too, have realised the work of half-baked cybertroopers here and elsewhere. But what do we expect? These are jobs created for losers earning minimal wage. I am sure their main contractors and sub-contractors have taken the bulk of the profits.

It is really pathetic if they need the half-baked to defend their policies and actions. Where are all the real supporters? Maybe they have none left.

Game Over: Stop accusing people who voice up their opinion as cybertroopers. Please show a little respect to those that would like to share their opinion.

This is a country that practices democracy. It's up to them to whom they want to support. You should accept the fact, Malaysiakini writers.

Anonymous1234: Every news venue has its own political inclination. That's include Malaysiakini and sometimes "dismal to read" news reporting similar to Utusan Malaysia , TV3/1, etc.

I find that Malaysiakini has no class in publishing this article. Regardless whether they're cybertroopers or not, it is not up to Malaysiakini to prejudice them.

As a taxpayer, if it is true that they are hired cybertroopers, they should be ashamed of themselves. You will never succeed defending issues that you don't even understand. Get a proper job rather than be a paid agent.

I wonder why Communications Minister Ahmad Shabery Cheek allegedly hired those with ‘mat rempit’ mentality to do the job. If you are not cybertrooper, never mind what I said, just improve your knowledge.

RSOH: These clowns still don't get it. To me, this piece is more quantitative than it is qualitative.

[Any topic relating to Najib or 1MDB] x [Atrocious English] x [Lazily repeated messages] = [CyberTrooper posting].

The lazy way they go about their job makes it super easy for anyone to identify them. Simplest acid test is who pays their subscription fees? Are they paying for their own subscription fees?

Well, I can proudly ‘angkat sumpah’ (swear) that I pay for my own subscription fees. I get nothing from Pakatan Rakyat and if you've been paying attention, I've shot Pakatan down multiple times, too. Now can you do the same?

Firestone: Here’s a classic one by a cybertrooper when defending Najib: "Even Musa Hitam as adviser of Sime Darby lost billions many times, but in the end Sime Darby is No 1 company.”

Pahatian: This article has given me an idea. What about setting up an English online course or a tuition centre mainly to cater all these nincompoop cybertroopers? Worth thinking about.

Clearwater: You wonder why a minuscule amount of the missing 1MDB billions can't be utilised to hire better quality cybertroopers. I can get a decent team if promised only 0.000001 percent of the cut.
