Putrajaya must disclose the offer troubled 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) made to International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) in exchange for the US$1 billion (RM3.66 billion) lifeline to repay its debt, said Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua.
