Prasarana Malaysia Berhad (Prasarana) today apologised for any inconvenience caused by the technical glitches on the passenger door system at Platform 1 of the Kelana Jaya Line, Masjid Jamek Station, this evening.

Prasarana in a statement here said the incident occurred at 5 pm and due to the safety feature in the Kelana Jaya Line system, Gombak-bound trains were not able to travel automatically.

"The trains were driven manually at 5.30pm but at slower speed due to the safety factor," it said.

The statement said the cause of the incident was being investigated.
