Frankenstein, Green Witch at Legoland Resort’s Halloween party

Legoland Malaysia Resort has introduced two new mascots, Frankenstein and Green Witch at its theme park here in conjunction with its 'Halloween Party Night' from today until Oct 31.

Its divisional director, Mark Germyn, hoped the two minifigures would draw a bigger crowd to the park particularly children.

"People can look forward to this two minifigures during the Lego Kingdom meet-and-greet session.

"After that, the Halloween journey night will start by heading to the maze activity areas inside the castle and the guest is required to enter Lord Vampyre Ballroom, before it ends with Lego building activities in the Pumpkin Patch.

"In addition, guests also need to look out for a giant pumpkin made out of 28,000 2x4 Lego bricks, an inflatable giant spider and the 16-feet ghost minifigures to have the photo opportunity," he said.

Germyn said once the activities were completed, participants would be rewarded with a Halloween Commemorative Duplo Brick that had been produced in limited quantities worldwide.

"Halloween always means a lot to us and hope it will create an interesting experience among the guests," he said.

He said the company had extended the operation hours from 10am to 8.30pm every Friday and Saturday throughout October.
