After the death of deputy public prosecutor Kevin Morais, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) applied again to postpone the hearing of a RM50 million suit for unlawful arrest and assault by lawyer Rosli Dahlan which was originally scheduled to start today.

According to MACC's lawyer Cecil Abraham, the graftbuster's chief Abu Kassim Mohamad who underwent surgery last month has yet to recover.
