The Federal Court today dismissed the appeal by private investigator P Balasubramaniam's widow A Santamil Selvi and three others to reinstate her RM1.9 million suit against Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, his wife Rosmah Mansor and five others.

The Court of Appeal earlier rejected her appeal to review the High Court's decision to strike out her suit.
