Ongoing repair works for the Penang High Court are due to be completed by the end of the year, the Federal Court Registrar's Office says.
This comes after DAP's Seri Delima assemblyperson RSN Rayer expressed concerns over the building's safety, citing cracks in the walls and falling bricks.
"We give serious attention to the matter and several follow-up actions have been taken including engaging contractors who are doing repair works, expected to be completed by the end of 2016," it said in a statement.
