Gerakan Youth deputy chief Andy Yong has called for BN to set up a fact-finding committee to deal with acts of violence perpetrated by members of the coalition.

Yong said this in reference to Penang Umno causing a ruckus at cartoonist Zulkiflee Anwar Haque's exhibition at Komtar today and supporters of Umno's Pasir Salak MP Tajuddin Abdul Rahman attacking an opposition MP on Parliament grounds yesterday.

"I condemn the recent ruckus in Parliament and at Komtar. Some Umno members are behaving like thugs and this is inappropriate," Yong said in a statement today.
