The Kuala Lumpur High Court was told that three voters decided to withdraw their judicial review application to quash the Election Commission's (EC) refusal to hold a local enquiry for the redelineation exercise of Setiawangsa.
This was after EC finally acknowledged a total 110 voters objected to the redelineation exercise, which qualified for a local enquiry, instead of 81 voters initially, via a letter dated Nov 25.
"We have instructed our lawyer to withdraw the judicial review application filed on Nov 18," said PKR communications director Fahmi Fadzil.
