Parti Amanah Negara has urged Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) and PAS to formalise their proposed pact as soon as possible.

Amanah deputy president Salahuddin Ayub said the agreement between Bersatu and PAS to form a technical committee to finalise the framework for the cooperation was a "good move".

"There is no time to lose. Go ahead with the actual agreement. We must agree before the general election," he told Malaysiakini when contacted.
