SRC probe complete, says minister

PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli challenged former PAS deputy president Nasharudin Mat Isa to declare his assets after accusing him of receiving funds linked to SRC International Sdn Bhd, a former subsidiary of 1MDB.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Paul Low, in a parliamentary written reply, said the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission had concluded its investigation into SRC International.

Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak’s lawyer Hafarizam Harun said he has yet to be informed about Parti Bebas Rasuah president Ezam Mohd Noor’s US$3.66 billion suit against the premier and 15 others over 1MDB.

DAP and foreign intervention

A commentary on PAS organ Harakahdaily used DAP member Ronnie Liu call to the US to lobby for PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim’s release as proof that DAP allegedly sought foreign intervention in Malaysian politics.
