Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and the government's application to strike out a suit filed by Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua related to the 1MDB affair has been fixed for hearing on June 15.

The decision was made after all parties met Judicial Commissioner Faizah Jamaludin in chambers today.
