Federal Territory Gerakan assistant secretary K K Supramaniam has hit out at the DAP for "unethically" publicising an internal circular, which he penned, calling for disciplinary action against party deputy youth chief Lim Si Pin and party advisor Dr Lim Keng Yaik.
