That which is even more undignified is to deceive &amp; manipulate facts just to justify the corruption of powers that be &amp; their betrayal of the rakyat's trust.\n\nThe matter at hand is that of Law, not that of subjectivity. All a learned judge need to do is deliver rulings according to the percepts of Law &amp; what is only explicit in the Constitution, instead of fabricating a perverted ruling that makes a mockery of the judiciary even to the average citizen who clearly understands the legality of the Perak imbroglio.\n\nIndeed when a judge rules in favour of Pakatan, he is often deemed courageous &amp; learned whereas when he favours BN, he is almost always labelled imcompetent &amp; biased. Great isn't it as far as Justice is concerned. Find for PKR and you serve Justice, find otherwise and you are corrupt, practice partisan politics and whatever. Now all PKR supporters, there is nothing to decide, Democracy is who has the most seats, and BN has it now. When PKR had it , BN let them form the Government in peace. Submitting pre-dated resignations id not only unscrupulous, but shows the immaturity of the Party, and the EC did not except it. The other way round and PKR would not have fussed. It seems there is only a Democracy according to PKR.
