Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of initiatives or campaigns with identified partners and stakeholders in conjunction with the Membership Development and Marketing teams.

• Manage day-to-day account management of partners and stakeholders.

• Support the Chief Membership Officer in building a pipeline of potential partners with extensive research and able to present the insights

• To retain partners won by the Chief Membership Officer and identify opportunities to stretch these partnerships.

• To liaise with relevant Managers in coordinating the necessary provision of resources and information required in establishing business partnership

• To carry out regular and robust partnership monitoring plans

• Support Membership Development team in achieving yearly goals

• Administrative support to the Membership Development team as required.

We are looking for applicants who have:

• Applicants must have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s-level degree or equivalent in a related area,

• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet.

• At least two (2) years of managing partnerships and stakeholder activity.

• Self-starter who can take the initiative and drive work plans to fruition.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Spots opportunities to develop and deepen relationships.

• Effective communicator both face to face and in writing.

• Tailors responses to different stakeholder groups.
