Key or Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the administration and execution of staff movement to be updated on timely manner
• Strategically plan, drive and lead effective execution of recruitment, sourcing and selection processes
• Ensure remuneration package offered based on Company’s reward policy and review the package from time to time
• Custodian of the recruitment and headcount budget and industrial & employee relations matters
• Represent the Company in dealing with government agencies, lawyers, third parties with regards to IR matters
• Coordinates all training programs, and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs
• Excellent communication skills, highly fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia & English

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Law or other related field

Prior Experience Needed:
Minimum 10 years of working experience in human resource field, including industrial relations (IR) matters & exposure to hospitality industry is a significant advantage
