Ex-CCID chief's lawyer acquitted over non-disclosure of assets
Senior lawyer Rosli Dahlan walked out of the Sessions Court without his defence being called after the court ruled that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) had failed to establish a prima facie case against him over a charge of failure to comply with a notice to disclose full information on his assets.
