MP SPEAKS When I first read about the scheme where Employees Provident Fund (EPF) monies would be used to fund loans for the purchase of public housing by individuals who would otherwise not qualify for loans from commercial banks, I could not but share the concerns of my parliamentary colleague, Tony Pua.
