COMMENT Chief Justice Arifin Zakaria’s judgment upholding  Anwar Ibrahim’s sodomy conviction is not only full of holes, it has set a dangerous legal precedent whereby innocent persons may be wrongly convicted for sexual crimes that they have not committed.
