Cancelled RapidKL buses: Bus pass users cheated

I had to surf the whole of RapidKL just to learn that services of their E2 and B113/B110 buses in Kuala Lumnpur have been terminated!

I had earlier called the RapidKL office to enquire further but was told by this ‘HelpLine’ staff that they weren't sure of the changes and asked me to wait for the press realease. What? How absurd.

Well, I now have to take the Sri Indah bus as I live in Sungai Ramal, Kajang. You dont expect me to come all the way to Kajang town to board the U40 bus. It is totally insane.

I have been purchasing the RM150 bus pass just to board RapidKL’s E2 express bus but now my bus pass is wasted. It is totally useless to me now. Why couldn’t RapidKL wait untill end of the month to terminate these services? Why just cheat the passengers this way?

So many passengers along the Sg Chua/Sg Ramal routes are now left stranded the same way as me. No more express bus and their bus passes are wasted.

And another piece of shocking news is that RapidKL’s B113 and B110 city bus services have been terminated as well. As you all are aware, the E2 last stop is at Pasar Seni.

It was so convenient then to board the B113 bus from the same spot. These last few days however, I have been forced to board the Metro bus to get to Jalan Imbi. I notice most of the regular B110 and B113 passengers have all started boarding the Metro buses as well.

Even this, when I tried to enquire from the so-called RapidKL Help Line staff, they did not seem to know anything. My call was being passed around. Terribly ridiculous.

Can we get a refund for the bus passes we purchased? If there aren't any buses to Bukit Bintang/Jalan Imbi area from Pasar Seni, well, the pass is again totally useless to us.

High time RapidKL changed the name of the ‘HelpLine’ team to "Need Serious Help Team’. It is best to allow the other bus companies such as Metro to service Kajangites.
