I am seriously wondering what is wrong with the Pakatan Rakyat coalition. They keep attracting those moles planted by Umno and dance to their tune. Mohd Saiful Bukhari was first in the act, and got Anwar Ibrahim all tangled up in an unnecessary criminal case pertaining to sodomy.

Then you have this Zulkifly Noordin character who keeps blurting out like there is no tomorrow and PKR top leaders just seem to kowtow to this.

Last but not the least is the infamous K Vasanthakumar with his malicious accusation against the original Hindraf leaders along with V Ganapathy Rau and the DAP Indian leaders in blatantly throwing about allegations on the collection of funds by Hindraf just to create a diversion.

What is even more interesting is that now even Perak PAS leader Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin and Gobind Singh Deo are now seen in the company of K Vasanthakumar to provide credence for political convenience.

Is this out of necessity or just another political charade similar to the one the Malaysia Makkal Sakthi Party that Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak eagerly registered.

Hindraf in releasing their accounts will no doubt put to rest to the aspersions and wild accusations that have been hurled at them.

Seriously, the Pakatan coalition seems very wayward in seeking the right kind of partners or candidates in their struggle for the community. They seem to always attract the wrong kind of people without conducting the necessary due diligence or at least verify the track record of these moles.

Even in the case of Zulkifli, where ample warning has been given to PKR by various good Samaritans, they still indulge in accommodating him for what seems politically convenient. In the case of Vasanthakumar, although much has been floated in the media on his role as a mole, the DAP leaders - and indirectly PKR’s top leaders - seem to be obliging his capricious attitude in running down the original Hindraf leaders that have a proven track record for their work.

The disclosing of Hindraf’s accounts to the public is unprecedented as nobody has asked how the Pakatan coalition parties are funded or how the ruling government is. Pakatan’s coalition parties should take a cue from this to identify and recognise what is the truth and who their real friends are as opposed to playing their own political agenda through the media without a thought for the goodwill of the nation.

If Pakatan thinks that Vasanthakumar is their platform for the Indian Malaysians, then, of course, Zulkifli Noordin has to be the unsung hero for the Malaysian Muslims. I’m just curious - has Pakatan - or shall I say the DAP - identified a Chinese Umno mole within its faction to spearhead the Chinese Malaysians? Do let us know.
