Dr Mahathir Mohamad is craftily digging into his old bag of tricks; using the same template where he painted the Malaysian Chinese as the bogeyman for the Malaysian Malays.

Some individuals may agree that the end justifies the means; i.e using Jews as the bogeyman for Muslims, in order to unite the Muslims.

While Mahathir's statements will thrust Malaysia onto the world stage, is it for the right reasons? Malaysia can be known for many great things; but it is racism or anti-semitism for which we will now be known.

Let's us have common decency and civility in everything we believe in and defend (does religion asks us to be racists?). Or, we would be no better than animals.
