I read in disgust as to how a PAS supporter such as Min Num can have the audacity to say that to reject the document on Negara Islam PAS means to reject Islam and Allah. I believe that only Allah has the right and can and will decide who has/had rejected Islam. Min Num by stating this, has clearly showed the arrogance and the egotistical nature of a PAS supporter.

Min Num further mentioned that only PAS was able to balance the draconian methods of the BN government. I shudder to think what would happen to us if PAS ruled our country when you have their leader telling women who are "pretty" not to work and stay at home! Never have I heard this mentioned in the Quran or by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Perhaps Min Num can show us the proof for this.

Min Num acknowledged the contribution of other BA parties. Why, I ask myself. PAS used to call Umno members infidels from their coalition with MCA and MIC. What about PAS' coalition with DAP? This smacks of double standards and the only reason that I can see is to appease the non-Muslims and gather their support in the hope of winning next year's election in non-Muslim majority states.

PAS hopes to draw upon DAP's help in the next elections. However, they themselves cannot even see eye to eye on this issue of Islamic state. And Min Num is telling us how BN is in disarray. We can see that the document is very much a ploy by PAS knowing that elections is around the corner.

But before Min Num can start telling people to be knowledgeable to criticise others, he too has to do likewise. Saying those that reject the Negara Islam document reject Islam and Allah is in my opinion not right. The document was written by humans who are fallible and therefore open to mistakes.

People who say they come from a religious party but act in the opposite manner should not be given the chance to run our beloved country.
