I am terribly shocked to read CKL's letter, ' AirAsia: Different folks, different fares '. I have been recommending AirAsia to all my foreign friends coming over to Malaysia.

A thorough investigation into CKL's matter should be conducted immediately. The facts of the matter should then be published instead of rhetoric from persons of good "marketing" abilities.
