I should like to comment on the letter Let's ban Sanskrit words, too .

Bahasa Malaysia contains many Arabic and some Chinese words which presumably must also be bowdlerised.

When the process is complete, our language would be left with only 10 indigenous words, notable among which would be bodoh, an apt description of the officials who have nothing better to do with the taxpayer's money than to undertake this quixotic pursuit of verbal purity.

Malaysia boleh !
