I agree with all that was stated in the letter regarding AirAsia . I was delayed for more than an hour on a Kuala Lumpur to Senai flight and for two hours on the return flight from Senai to KL.
We were tired and bothered, and the children were restless. Sad to say, no apologies were made or explanations given. I don't think it should be like this, even on budget flights.
So I hope MAS' budget carrier will start soon. Personally my friends and I do not care about food, service, etc. and only want to reach our destination on time. Start soon, MAS!
